  We have many dealings with this Bank and I have dealt with every single employee of the branch at some point ... They are always doing their best to provide excellent, prompt & friendly service! For being one of the Larger Banks in our area they do not make you feel that way at all. I enjoy going to this bank!

  Absolutely terribly disgusting!!! So I'm coming into the bank for a deposit that usually takes about 20 seconds. There's 3 tellers, 1 at the drive thru, 2 inside where I go they each have a customer which took them no less than 15 to 20 minutes! And all I hear is "we're sorry for the long wait" NO YOU'RE NOT SORRY! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! If a customer wants something that's going to take 20 minutes let him go to a desk! Where it's expected to wait longer, let him Sign in! And let him wait instead of all the other people behind him! And again, don't say you're sorry when you're really not! Total lie! Can't get over how much time I waisted so now I had to take another 5 minutes to write this review! (So I didn't have my ATM card) *UPDATE> ITS GETTING WORSE! now 2 days later looking thru the deposit receipt I see they missed a digit and deposited in my account 14K less then the actual check! Thank g-d I have a copy of that check, now let's see what struggle I'll have to go thru to get this right!
